Joining a class on ScholVio is simple and secure. Three ways to get in.
Your teacher gives you a unique Class Code (e.g. CJD_1718293847123). Enter it in
the "Join Class" section and you're in — instantly or after teacher approval.
Teachers generate or upload QR codes for their class. Scan with your phone or upload a photo — the system enrolls you automatically.
Teachers share a direct link to their class. One click takes you straight to the join page — no code needed.
Only students within the same school boundary can join. The Admin has full visibility and management rights over students and content.
Any student from anywhere can join. Admins of the teacher's school can only see how many private classes that teacher has — no student details, no content.
From 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, all notifications pause platform-wide. Every role — teacher, student, parent — gets uninterrupted rest.
Students only see classes they're enrolled in. Parents only see their own child's data after student confirmation. Roles see nothing outside their scope.
Correct answers are never sent to the browser. All grading runs on the server. Students cannot extract answers from DevTools or network requests.
A parent-link request always requires explicit approval from the student. No parent can silently attach themselves to a child's account.
